Where we work

We are based in Llandudno Junction, a short distance from the train station and near many major bus routes. You can find a map of our location here.

Our offices are in a friendly converted house with lots of light and space, a quiet room to speak privately, a kitchen, toys for children, and a garden.

If you’d prefer, we can meet you in person in a place that’s familiar or nearer to you. We work with lots of other organisations across North Wales, like food banks, community centres and other charities, and can arrange appointments in different places depending on what you need. We can also set up online meetings so you can speak to a member of staff without having to travel.
