North Wales Community Law is an independent charity providing free, expert legal advice on issues affecting the day to day lives of local people like you.
We are a friendly and approachable team – with a shared commitment to making sure everyone in North Wales can get expert legal advice if they have worries about their housing, family problems related to domestic abuse, and are not able to access the right support. We have particular expertise in Welsh law and are proud of our strong roots in the North Wales community.
Our aim is to improve lives in the region to make North Wales a place where everyone can live well and thrive. Being an independent charity means we always put you first. We work closely with local authorities to find solutions, but are not afraid to challenge them when our clients need us to. We are particularly proud of our partnerships with local charities, community organisations and law firms.
We work flexibly,
in ways that suit you.
As well as our offices in Llandudno Junction, our advisers can meet you at foodbanks, libraries and community centres across the region. As well as face-to-face, we also offer telephone and online appointments. Children are always welcome at our appointments (our offices have a good supply of toys); and do bring along a colleague, friend or relative, if you would like to have someone with you. If you have access or other specific requirements, just let us know.
All of our advice is free to those who need it and we have staff fluent in both English and Welsh.
